The Landmark Hotel is currently recruiting for the following positions:

  • Food & Beverage Manager
  • Senior Front Office Receptionist

Food & Beverage Manager:

The Landmark is recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to manager all elements of its Food and Beverage business. 

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of food production and service to maximise profits.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years hotel experience, they will be highly motivated and ambitious with the drive to grow revenue and achieve all objectives and targets.

The candidate will be an enthusiastic, energetic team leader who has excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong work relationships with both Guests and Colleagues.  They will be strategic thinkers, innovative and self –confident, and able to prioritise and make effective decisions. The Candidate will have a good knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage / Hospitality Professions.

Senior Front Office Receptionist
 
The Landmark is recruiting for an experienced Senior Front Office Receptionist to join a strong, established team. The responsibilities of the Senior Front Office Receptionist is to ensure smooth operation of all Front office functions, maximising revenues and work with a front office team that delivers the highest levels of customer service.
 
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years hotel experience, they will be highly motivated and ambitious with the drive to grow revenue and achieve all objectives and targets with a strong understanding of the principles of Customer Care.
 
The Candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong work relationships with both guests and colleagues.
 
They will be professional at all times, well presented with a warm welcome to all guests. They will be self-confident and able to prioritise and make effective decisions.
