There is actually nothing I would change, I loved everything about the landmark from the get go!! Each and everyone of my guests couldn ot believe the service they got. The staff are superb and one thing they all mentioned was the fact that each table had their own server so no one was left waiting for anything be it fresh water or a top up of wine. Any guest with food allergies commended the staff on how discreet they were and were not made feel uncomfortable like they had been in other venues. Also the idea of the potato boxy for starters was a a breath of fresh air compared to traditional wedding starters. Chef Hugh was brilliant the evening we went for our tasting, he sat down and went through every aspect of the menu from start to finish! Ciaran the owner, was such a pleasure to deal with and was so down to earth. Both he and Philip the manger couldn't have been more helpful on the day between minding me and most of all how they treated my children! I was blown away by the way Philip spoke to my children and the fact he even went out of his way to get them their favourite sweets! I think these small touches from management and staff just took my day to a whole new level! Knowing my kids were happy made my day so much more enjoyable!  Imelda the wedding co-ordinator, I don't know where to start on how much I loved dealing with her. She could not do enough for me and is a credit and an asset to the hotel! She helped me take my ideas and plans out of my head and made them a reality! For that I'm so grateful. She reassured me when I was feeling the pressure and assured me not to worry, that she had all under control. Which by the way was why my day ran so smoothly. She had everything under control! She had everything done before I even though of it!  The Landmark by far is the most fabulous wedding venue from the ballroom to the staff, the food the service and the packages are super too. There is something for everyone. The Wedding Team at The Landmark go out of their way to make you feel so special. The food tasting was the nicest experience we had leading up to the big day. The chef Hugh is unbelievable and Imelda, the Wedding Planner is unreal. She is super-efficient, she gets straight to work gets back to you immediately. She is so friendly and genuine. She made us feel so relaxed. She did all the worrying for us and we didn't have to think about anything on the day because of her. The day ran so smoothly, Philip was also amazing he looked after ss throughout the meal and the evening time and again the next day when we had a buffet for our family. We stayed there a second night in the honeymoon suite, that was the best idea ever, it was so relaxing. if I was to do it all over again I would still choose the Landmark Hotel. They are miles ahead of any other wedding venue by far. We have been to a lot of weddings and so have our family and friends and they still say the Landmark is the best best decision we ever made. We had our wedding here and it was easily the best day ever. From the very 1st day we checked out the hotel we knew we were in safe hands. our Wedding Coordinator looked after so much for us and made sure that we were totally relaxed on the day. Both myself and my husband were absolutely delighted with the Landmark Hotel. The service from start to finish was excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful any time we visited the hotel. Imelda, the Wedding Co-ordinator and Philip, the General Manager were the two main people we were dealing with. They both left us feeling really relaxed and excited about our day. We were having a civil ceremony in the hotel followed by wedding after party. They gave us advice about the ceremony and general run of the day. We had never been to a civil ceremony before so we were unsure about how to go about organising everything and what to expect but both Philip and Imelda left us reassured and at ease that everything would go well. On our wedding day we could not have asked for better service, food, layout of rooms and overall performance. We were so happy with our experience in the Landmark Hotel that we have recommended it to loads of our friends. We cannot recommend The Landmark Hotel enough to any couple looking for their wedding venue. From start to finish the staff were very attentive and professional, no task was too big nor too small. Imelda and Philip were exceptional and made us at ease with all the details. The food on the day was amazing and some of our guests even asked for recipes! The Landmark hotel catered for our wedding celebration on the 24th Jul. It was the first Asian wedding project they undertook and it is fair to say we were a bit anxious about the outcome and whether it could be pulled off to reflect our vision of the day. To be honest we had no reason to worry because the results were amazing, better than we had envisioned. Everything from the moment we contacted the Landmark as a potential venue to the moment we checked out after the wedding went so smoothly and all the staff we liaised with at the hotel ensured we had an incredible and stress free time.
We stayed in one of the suites for 2 nights, extremely spacious room with everything you would expect from a hotel of this quality. A turndown service on the wedding day provided a nice touch and atmosphere. All in all, we cannot thank the landmark enough for doing a superb job in hosting our wedding.  Sabah & Khaleeq – Jul 2016

Shane and I want to thank you for the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel. The whole day was flawless. From the day we booked our wedding, they made everything very easy and carefree for us. I felt very relaxed knowing I was in good hands. I never had to think or worry about the details.
On a personal note I would like to say that Imelda was an amazing wedding planner and made life so easy and stress free for us. We had our wedding reception in the Landmark Hotel in June 2016. We chose the Landmark because they have a fantastic reputation for weddings, this is for good reason. The wedding staff have been there for years and their experience and professionalism is incomparable to that of the staff in any other venue I’ve came across. Imelda is the wedding co-ordinator, she's a flyer, knows weddings inside out (I worked in events for years & I'm hard pleased). Veronica was our top table server, she is just unreal, I only had to turn my head and she was beside me to get whatever I needed. Dorcas looked after the room allocation and was fantastic. Bryan and Philip were the managers on duty and a more professional pair I have yet to see. We had a big wedding and Bryan & Philip commanded the dining room like two army corporals, the plates were down at the click of their fingers. It was fantastic! The night manager was also an absolute gent!
The food was superb! The Bacon & Cabbage, Black pudding on Potato boxty starter went down a storm. The Pear & Almond tart for dessert was just divine! I don't know who the chefs are but they were fantastic! I wouldn't choose anywhere else if I was to do it all again. We had our wedding reception in The Landmark Hotel in June and we could not have asked for a better location. It is a beautiful place to stay, the rooms are tastefully decorated and the food is amazing. We had overseas guests who were also very impressed with the venue. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had an amazing experience from the moment we set foot in the door to book the venue to the wedding day itself. Everything went so well on the day! The staff from reception to waiting staff, the kitchen team, the bar staff and the wedding team all worked so well. The Venue - the civil ceremony room was stunning and the Grand Ballroom as usual took the breath away from people whom never attended a wedding there before. We had our wedding reception at the Landmark Hotel on 1st April 2016. The Landmark Hotel is an excellent venue. The Hotel recently transitioned their wedding team placing three managers in charge of weddings; Philip, Brian and Imelda, all of which were completely professional and most helpful during the wedding planning process. We were totally at ease with the team after meeting up with each of the managers, and were able to sit back and let them do their job knowing we had nothing to worry about. Having attended weddings at the Landmark previously, the hotel did not disappoint and maintained its excellent reputation for weddings; the service staff were excellent and most professional, some of which have been staff for years. During our food tasting experience, we had a very pleasant and most helpful waiter. The Head Chef Hugh, again very professional, met us after the food tasting and went over the menu adapting it to our needs and tastes; this was very reassuring and we knew Hugh would not disappoint on the day ensuring we had high quality food. The Landmark went around with seconds on the day, many guests complemented the food on the day. The standard of food and service on the day of our wedding was impeccable. Dorcas in reservations was very helpful and friendly leading up the the wedding when accommodation guests and the bridal party and Anne in sales kept me updated with emails. On behalf of both Kathleen and I, we wanted to let everyone in the Landmark Hotel know how much we appreciate what everybody did to help us have such a fantastic wedding day. Everything about our wedding reception at the Landmark fulfilled and even surpassed all our expectations for the day. The wonderful food, the beautifully decorated room, the flexibility and understanding of everyone with meeting our specific requirements all helped make our day so special. There is no doubt every member of the hotel staff could not have done anymore to make sure we had a wonderful and memorable day. The professionalism and attention to detail of the staff was exemplary however the sincere and genuine warmth displayed by each individual staff member to Kathleen and I and our families and friends really added something extra to our special occasion. The sense of pride each staff member has in the hotel and doing the very best for every single customer young or old shines through and what is so nice about it is that it comes so naturally to everyone. It is something we believe is unique to the Landmark and what we think sets the hotel apart from anywhere else.
