Our resident Mixologist knows a thing or two about cocktails and throughout this 2 Hour Cocktail Master Class he will share his secrets with you! You will make 3 of your favourite cocktails and savour them in the fabulous setting of Black Mint Bar, set elevated overlooking the River Shannon.
And when your night of cocktail fun is over, retreat to the comfort of our 4 Star Accommodation and look forward to the delicious Full Irish Breakfast that awaits you in the morning.
